Country house 'Villa Avrelia Mallorca' with mountain views, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning Villa Avrelia is a spacious 280 m² country house on a large estate, ideal for up to 8 guests, with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped for home-cooked meals, and you can pick fresh herbs and fruit from the garden. Amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the living room and three bedrooms, a fan in the coolest room, central heating, washer, dryer, workspace, and self check-in. There are toys and books for children, and a gym with rowing machine, exercise bike, and weights. The private 15,000 m² garden features olive trees, an orchard, and a fountain. There are three balconies, a shared terrace, and an outdoor shower. The private saltwater pool has a jacuzzi area and is surrounded by seating and outdoor dining spaces. You have a private barbecue. The property offers mountain views. There are six parking spaces and beach towels are provided. Pets are not allowed and smoking is prohibited throughout the property. No events or parties; maximum 8 guests. Quiet hours from 22:00 to 09:00. You may occasionally hear dogs and chickens from neighboring properties, and a family of rabbits lives in the garden. The estate is a 15-minute drive from the airport and 10 minutes from Palma. Marina Arenal (water sports, SUP, surfing, windsurfing) is 20 minutes away. Son Gual Golf is 7 minutes away. The village of Algaida is 5 minutes away and offers cafés, restaurants, local festivals, and tennis. Recommended excursions: Playa de Muro, Pollença, Port de Pollença, Sóller, Port de Sóller, and Jardines de Alfabia. We are currently redecorating and upgrading the house, so the furnishings will look a bit different from September onward.
